Project Coordinator, Vision33

Irvine, California

To support our continued growth we are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, California. 

The Project Coordinator will facilitate utilization amongst the team by assisting with scheduling to achieve billable targets, minimizing resource downtime, and coordinating leave. Working with Vision33's clients, the Project Coordinator will also provide current details regarding billing, balances, and resource availability.  The Project Coordinator will assist in managing and updating timesheets, as well as securing and organizing resources for new projects. This key role will be instrumental to the organization in determining capacity to achieve successful execution of projects and client deliverables that are in alignment with Vision33's high standards of service. As the successful candidate, you will hold a university degree in Business Administration with at least five years relevant experience in facilitating resource management preferably in a professional services organization. You have a keen ability to multi-task with an enthusiasm towards detailed metrics and reporting. Experience dealing with both remote resources and clients is considered valuable.
